Job Description
Establish and optimize testing processes and standards to build a reusable testing framework. Responsible for core module testing across various trading platforms. Promote interface/UI/regression automation testing and conduct high-concurrency and stress testing. Validate the effectiveness of risk control and security rules to ensure system stability and compliance. Track and drive defect resolution, regularly producing quality analysis and improvement recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive testing procedures and quality benchmarks
- Execute thorough testing of critical exchange platform components
- Implement automated testing solutions for interfaces, UI, and regression cases
- Conduct performance and load testing under high-traffic scenarios
- Verify security protocols and risk management mechanisms
- Monitor defect resolution cycles and provide quality metrics reporting
- Collaborate with development teams to improve software quality
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of testing experience, preferably in fintech or high-concurrency systems
- Expertise in black-box and interface testing methodologies
- Proficiency with automation frameworks and performance testing tools
- Strong database and log analysis skills in Linux environments
- Scripting capabilities for test automation (Python/Shell/Java preferred)
- Excellent analytical skills and cross-department collaboration ability
- Prior experience with exchange, payment, or risk control systems is a plus
