Job Description
Responsible for the company's daily financial accounting and centralized exchange (CEX) business accounting, including internal income/expenses, payroll, cost accounting, bank/digital asset account management, as well as exchange-related accounting for user assets, trading fees, rebates, campaign rewards, and wallet funds.
Must possess strong independent bookkeeping and reconciliation capabilities.
Currently, the company's financial systems are still under development, requiring the ability to complete accounting, reconciliation, and reporting using financial backends, Formance, operational backends, bank statements, on-chain records, and other data sources despite system limitations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily financial operations and CEX-related accounting tasks
- Handle internal transactions, payroll, and expense accounting
- Manage bank accounts and digital asset wallets
- Process user asset movements, trading fees, rebates, and rewards
- Conduct account reconciliations and prepare financial reports
- Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies
- Develop constructive requirements for financial system improvements
Job Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (3+ years experience preferred)
- Intermediate financial operation skills with ability to complete monthly closing
- Must understand Web3/Cryptocurrency/Blockchain industry
- Familiar with digital asset concepts: stablecoins, wallets, on-chain transfers, gas fees, deposits/withdrawals, trading fees, staking
- CEX exchange financial/accounting experience preferred
- Ability to distinguish user assets from company assets
- Strong numerical aptitude and logical thinking to identify anomalies
- Detail-oriented with high standards for accounting accuracy
