Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Twitter operations strategies, including content creation, publishing, promotion, interaction, and community management. This involves crafting engaging posts, designing visual content, and planning content calendars to maintain a consistent online presence.
• Track emerging trends, monitor real-time social media analytics, and identify relevant topics to create timely and impactful content. This includes staying updated on industry news, competitor activities, and user-generated conversations to ensure alignment with audience interests.
• Analyze Twitter performance metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, click-through rates, and conversion data. Use this analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of current strategies and propose actionable optimization recommendations to enhance account influence and audience retention.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine content themes, improve posting schedules, and test new formats (e.g., videos, polls, threads) to maximize reach and interaction. This includes coordinating with designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure cohesive messaging.
• Assist in managing tools like Wormhole3 for content distribution and Link3 for link tracking and user behavior analysis. This involves leveraging these platforms to streamline workflows, monitor campaign performance, and generate insights for strategic decision-making.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Twitter Analytics, Google Trends) to execute data-driven operations.
• Strong understanding of content creation principles, including copywriting, visual design, and multimedia production, to deliver high-quality posts that resonate with the target audience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with followers, respond to comments, and collaborate with team members effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and maintaining consistency in content output.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts to optimize content for maximum visibility and engagement. Familiarity with hashtag strategies, audience segmentation, and campaign tracking is a plus.
• Passion for blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and community-driven projects to ensure content aligns with SeeDAO's mission and values.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats. Proficiency in other languages is a bonus.

Working Hours

This internship requires a commitment of approximately 10-15 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate both academic and project timelines. The ideal candidate will be able to dedicate consistent time to monitor social media activity, create content, and analyze performance metrics. Remote work is available, but regular communication with the team is expected to ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines.
