Job Description
This position requires a UI/UX Designer to create and maintain the visual identity of web pages and H5 interfaces. The role involves translating business requirements into user-centric designs, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, and supporting marketing initiatives through visual storytelling. The designer will also be responsible for conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless digital experiences. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute UI/UX design strategies for web applications and H5 content, aligning with brand standards and marketing goals
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives
- Conduct usability testing and A/B testing to validate design effectiveness and make data-driven improvements
- Design and maintain UI component libraries to ensure consistency across digital products
- Prepare design documentation, including style guides, interaction specifications, and accessibility standards
- Participate in design reviews and provide feedback on user experience improvements
- Stay updated with emerging design trends and technologies to maintain competitive edge
- Coordinate with QA teams to ensure design integrity is preserved during product development cycles
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and product updates
- Monitor user behavior analytics to inform design decisions and improve user experience metrics
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile interface work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Photoshop for creating visual assets
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Ability to create responsive designs that work across different screen sizes and devices
- Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS fundamentals for implementing design concepts into web pages
- Experience with agile development methodologies and collaboration with product teams
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey design ideas to stakeholders and developers
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic understanding of UX research methods and user journey mapping techniques
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining design systems for scalable product development
- Experience with cross-platform design (web, iOS, Android) and responsive web design frameworks
- Knowledge of SEO best practices to ensure designs are optimized for search engine visibility
- Ability to create interactive prototypes that demonstrate user flows and functionality
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality visual designs
