Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute social media operation plans to increase product and brand exposure, as well as user engagement
• Responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of Chinese and English social media matrices and communities
• Plan and write Chinese and English copy for various social media platforms
• Participate in the planning, preparation, and execution of social media and community activities (such as AMA, etc.)
• Enhance social activity and group user interaction through creative engagement strategies
• Monitor social media trends and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in social media management
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English copywriting
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative thinker with strong analytical abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Experience with social media analytics tools is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in organizing online community events
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles
• Graphic design or video editing skills are advantageous
