Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Community Growth Manager to design and execute comprehensive strategies that drive adoption of Flipside's Growth MCP, AI Engine, and Intelligence-Driven Growth platform. This role focuses on building engaged communities across multiple platforms while fostering meaningful connections between users, partners, and our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive community growth strategies for Flipside's product suite
- Build and nurture engaged communities across Telegram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Discord, and emerging platforms
- Develop community-driven initiatives including AMAs, workshops, hackathons, and educational content series
- Manage and grow Flipside's social media presence with compelling, accessible content
- Support strategic announcement campaigns for product launches and company milestones
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key influencers and ecosystem partners
- Monitor social sentiment and community feedback to inform product and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with Growth Services and Product Marketing teams to amplify success stories
- Track and analyze community metrics, engagement rates, and growth KPIs
- Represent Flipside at industry events and conferences as a brand ambassador
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in community management and growth strategies
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and community building
- Excellent communication and content creation skills
- Ability to analyze metrics and optimize strategies based on data
- Experience with influencer outreach and partnership development
- Knowledge of web3, blockchain, or AI communities is a plus
