Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement data models using dbt and SQL for blockchain data analysis
• Create comprehensive analytics product specifications and metric definitions
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for both on-chain and off-chain data sources
• Collaborate with Data Product team on initiatives to enhance our data offerings
• Mentor team members on blockchain data analysis best practices and methodologies
• Collaborate with Product and Data Science teams to define analytical requirements
• Contribute to the development of standardized blockchain data frameworks and governance

Job Requirements

• Proven experience working with blockchain data and distributed ledger technologies
• Strong expertise in dbt (data build tool) and advanced SQL for data modeling
• Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines for large-scale data
• Understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and transaction structures
• Ability to translate complex blockchain data into business-relevant metrics
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience mentoring junior team members in data analysis techniques

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with blockchain explorers and analytics platforms
• Knowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols and metrics
• Familiarity with data visualization tools for presenting blockchain insights
• Background in statistical analysis or data science methodologies
