Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement a full-cycle social media strategy encompassing platform selection, content planning, audience segmentation, and performance tracking
 - Create and curate daily content for multiple platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, with a focus on high-quality visual storytelling and SEO optimization
 - Develop and maintain a content calendar that aligns with business objectives, brand guidelines, and seasonal marketing campaigns
 - Produce 2-3 YouTube Shorts/Reels per week, ensuring these short-form videos are optimized for engagement metrics and platform algorithms
 - Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and social listening platforms to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media initiatives with overall business goals, including customer relations, sales, and product development
