Job Description
As a key member of Scroll's team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and implementing growth strategies to expand our developer community. This position requires a product-driven mindset to drive innovation and ensure the development of solutions that align with our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with founders, business development teams, developers, and stakeholders to translate ideas into actionable projects. The role involves executing initiatives with cross-functional teams, including designers and engineers, while maintaining open communication with stakeholders to share progress, feedback, and insights. You will also be responsible for creating product solutions that meet the needs of our community and have the autonomy to experiment with new concepts that could potentially become long-term growth drivers for Scroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the exploration of growth levers to expand Scroll's developer community through strategic initiatives and product innovation.
- Collaborate with founders, business development teams, developers, and stakeholders to gather insights and co-develop projects that align with organizational goals.
- Execute projects in partnership with designers and engineers, ensuring seamless integration of technical and creative elements while maintaining stakeholder engagement.
- Document and share feedback, learnings, and progress updates with relevant teams to foster transparency and continuous improvement.
- Develop and refine product solutions in conjunction with stakeholders, balancing creativity with practicality to address community needs effectively.
- Identify and test new ideas that may evolve into sustainable growth strategies for Scroll, demonstrating initiative and ownership in the innovation process.
- Oversee long-term project roadmaps, positioning yourself as a thought leader within the organization and driving strategic direction for community growth.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in product management or community growth, with a demonstrated ability to drive results in developer ecosystems.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, user feedback, and technical feasibility, translating data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including founders, engineers, and designers.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, balancing short-term execution with long-term vision for community development.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies to coordinate initiatives, track progress, and deliver outcomes on time.
- Experience with stakeholder management, including the ability to present ideas, negotiate resources, and align priorities across teams.
