Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver well-researched, insightful, and engaging content across multiple formats, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, use cases, social media posts, and website copy, with a focus on Ethereum scaling solutions and blockchain trends.
• Stay current with the latest advancements, trends, and best practices in the blockchain space, particularly Ethereum Layer 2 protocols and the broader Ethereum ecosystem, to ensure content remains relevant and accurate.
• Collaborate closely with the Communications and Outreach team to design and execute a cohesive content strategy that supports the company's objectives, target audience needs, and brand guidelines.
• Conduct thorough editing and proofreading of all content to maintain grammatical correctness, clarity, and alignment with the company's tone of voice and brand standards.
• Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility, drive organic traffic, and improve user engagement, utilizing keyword research, on-page optimization, and meta tag strategies.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, designers, and subject matter experts, to gather technical insights, industry data, and user feedback for content creation.
• Oversee content distribution across diverse channels such as social media platforms, email newsletters, earned media opportunities, and partner websites to maximize reach and impact.
• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights, providing actionable recommendations for optimization and growth.
• Ensure all content adheres to legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, particularly in the context of blockchain and cryptocurrency-related information, to mitigate risks and maintain compliance.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in content creation, preferably within the blockchain or technology sector, with a strong background in writing for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Deep understanding of Ethereum scaling technologies, including Layer 2 solutions, rollups, state channels, and other innovations, to accurately represent complex concepts.
• Excellent research and analytical skills to identify industry trends, gather data, and translate findings into compelling content for diverse platforms.
• Strong SEO expertise, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content structuring, to improve search rankings and user engagement.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), design tools, and analytics platforms to streamline workflows and measure performance.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align content with business goals and technical requirements.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality, ensuring all content is polished, error-free, and meets brand standards.
