Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for RWA product strategy and planning, developing RWA product roadmap, combining market demand and regulatory policies, and promoting asset on chain solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams, compliance departments, financial institutions, and third-party service providers to ensure product compliance and technical feasibility.
• From requirement analysis, product design to online iteration, lead the entire product development process, optimize user experience and liquidity solutions.
• Track global RWA track dynamics, output competitive analysis and differentiation strategies, and establish relationships with partners.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related fields
• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in blockchain/fintech industry
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and tokenization processes
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams
• Proven ability to analyze market trends and develop competitive strategies
• Experience in working with financial institutions and third-party service providers
• Fluent in English with strong presentation and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with smart contract development or technical background
• Existing network in the blockchain/fintech ecosystem
• Multilingual capabilities for global market expansion
• Certifications in blockchain or financial services (e.g., CFA, FRM)
