Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop institutional level RWA protocols to achieve asset tokenization, custody, cross chain bridging, and core modules of rule engines. Build a permission management system that supports multi role hierarchical control.
• Optimize cross chain asset interaction, develop cross chain deposit/casting/destruction logic, and handle asset rollback and refund mechanisms in extreme situations.
• Strengthen contract security, avoid re-entry attacks, DoS risks, and permission vulnerabilities. Implement a proxy contract upgrade architecture to ensure upgradability and version management.
• Integrate compliance and risk control, develop a rule engine to bind KYC/AML modules, and perform institutional level compliance checks such as transfer limits and address whitelists.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in blockchain development with expertise in smart contract programming (Solidity/Rust)
• Deep understanding of RWA tokenization standards and cross-chain interoperability protocols
• Proven experience in developing secure smart contracts with audit-grade quality
• Familiarity with institutional-grade compliance requirements in financial applications
• Strong knowledge of cryptographic principles and blockchain security best practices
• Experience with proxy patterns and upgradeable contract architectures

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with regulated financial institutions on blockchain projects
• Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or protocol development
• Knowledge of zero-knowledge proofs and privacy-preserving technologies
• Understanding of traditional finance instruments and their blockchain implementations
