Job Description
This position is responsible for driving the development and implementation of core company products across multiple domains such as trading platforms, wealth management systems, quantitative analysis tools, and social networking features. The candidate will play a key role in shaping product strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and delivering innovative solutions that meet market demands. The role requires active participation in the entire product lifecycle, from concept design to post-launch optimization, while maintaining a focus on user-centric design and technical feasibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional collaboration between product teams, engineering departments, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of features and services
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for value creation
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps that balance business goals with technological capabilities and market dynamics
- Coordinate with quality assurance teams to ensure product reliability, performance, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Monitor user feedback and analytics data to continuously improve product functionality and user experience
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions to define clear product specifications and use cases
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling product narratives and launch strategies
- Stay updated on industry developments and technological advancements to maintain competitive edge
- Manage product documentation, including user manuals, technical specifications, and onboarding guides
- Support post-launch activities such as user training, support coordination, and feature iteration planning
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, business administration, or related fields
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, project management, or related roles with a proven track record of successful product launches
- Proficiency in agile development methodologies and experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable product insights
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams and departments
- Knowledge of financial services industry and digital transformation trends is highly preferred
- Experience with product lifecycle management and familiarity with software development life cycles
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) for technical validation of product concepts
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality products
- Fluency in English and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Preferred certifications in product management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) or related fields
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices is advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines while maintaining product quality standards
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience with user research methodologies
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards for financial products
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for presenting market research findings
- Ability to develop and maintain product documentation that is clear, concise, and user-friendly
