Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and own the entire sales process, including negotiation, contract closure, customer retention, renewal, additional sales, and satisfaction tracking
- Engage with potential customers through personalized outreach, conduct needs analysis, and demonstrate how our platform solutions address their specific challenges
- Proactively contact new customers via multiple communication channels (email, LinkedIn, phone, etc.) to generate excitement about introductory calls and product demos
- Develop and maintain long-term, trustworthy strategic relationships with senior management and technical decision-makers across target industries
- Manage and optimize CRM reports, ensuring the system is up-to-date with accurate data entry and all relevant metrics are tracked for sales performance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product capabilities and craft compelling value propositions for clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities and refine outreach strategies
- Provide regular sales forecasts and pipeline reports to leadership for strategic decision-making
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the blockchain or Web3 industry (3+ years recommended)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities with a track record of achieving sales targets in competitive markets
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and data analysis software for sales tracking and reporting
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, and decentralized infrastructure solutions
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and technical teams in SaaS, fintech, and enterprise sectors
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple sales pipelines simultaneously and prioritize high-value opportunities
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret CRM data and identify trends that inform sales strategies
- Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills for client presentations and follow-ups
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with product and engineering teams
- Preferred: Experience with Web3 development platforms, blockchain infrastructure solutions, or decentralized application ecosystems
- Preferred: Proven success in scaling sales operations for high-growth tech startups or enterprise software companies
- Preferred: Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and token economics for value proposition development
