Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on sourcing and hiring top talent for our core positions while collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand team needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for critical company positions
- Partner with department heads to comprehensively understand hiring requirements and team dynamics
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both active and passive candidates
- Manage and expand recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
- At least 6 months of Web3 recruitment experience preferred
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to work under pressure and self-motivation
- Based in Shenzhen initially, with option for remote work after probation
- Proficiency in English is a significant advantage
