Job Description
The Delivery Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of public chain ecosystem projects, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to post-launch evaluation. This role requires close collaboration with BD, technical, product, and operational teams to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle delivery of public chain ecosystem projects including requirements gathering, feasibility assessment, solution design, resource coordination, launch execution, and post-launch review
- Establish standardized, replicable project delivery SOPs, management mechanisms, and acceptance criteria
- Provide critical backend support to BD teams by understanding project business models, assisting with delivery planning, and coordinating cross-departmental resources
- Develop and implement project evaluation and acceptance mechanisms to assess project authenticity, business models, technical requirements, and ecosystem compatibility
- Facilitate cross-department collaboration among BD, technical, product, operations, Labs/incubation, and marketing teams
- Bridge product and operations by collecting project requirements and feeding high-frequency B-end needs to product teams
- Identify high-potential projects and coordinate with Labs/incubation teams for additional support and resources
- Establish complete project lifecycle management from launch to ecosystem showcase, operational support, and user growth
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in Web3, blockchain, public chain ecosystems, project management or related fields
- Proven track record in public chain project delivery, ecosystem operations, or B-end project management
- Thorough understanding of Web3 project workflows from business cooperation to technical integration and operations
- Strong project management and cross-department coordination capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality deliverables
- Technical proficiency in Web3 infrastructure including wallets, RPC, explorers, oracles, bridges, smart contracts, and SDKs/APIs
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with founders, technical leads, and BD professionals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proactive approach to issue resolution
- Fluent English communication skills to support global project collaborations
