Job Description
We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Wallet APP Operations Specialist. This role focuses on enhancing user engagement, optimizing product functionality, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Wallet APP User Operations: Plan and execute in-product activities to improve user engagement, retention, and conversion rates. Conduct in-depth analysis of user data, explore user needs, and design refined operational solutions for user funnel models.
- Wallet Function Operation: Based on product functions and user behavior, formulate operation strategies. Propose product requirements based on user feedback, optimize user experience, and improve product core indicators.
- User Experience Optimization: Manage bug feedback, organize community and KOL requirements to help production and research teams better optimize products. Track implementation results and follow up on multilingual implementation.
- Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitor APP function upgrades and user feedback to timely optimize existing sections.
- Product Configuration: Build and maintain APP-related configuration backend systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years experience in mobile app operations or product management
- Strong analytical skills with experience in user behavior analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with fintech or wallet applications preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
