Job Description
The Senior Blockchain Developer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing EVM-compatible blockchains and other blockchain-based systems. This role requires deep technical expertise in blockchain architecture, cryptography, and consensus mechanisms, along with strong leadership capabilities to mentor junior engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy blockchain solutions tailored to business requirements
- Optimize blockchain performance and enhance security protocols
- Conduct thorough code reviews and implement quality control measures
- Research and evaluate emerging blockchain technologies for potential integration
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior development engineers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative blockchain solutions
- Document technical specifications and architectural decisions
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex blockchain-related issues
Job Requirements
- Expert proficiency in Go and Rust programming languages
- Deep understanding of blockchain architecture and cryptographic principles
- Comprehensive knowledge of consensus mechanisms and blockchain protocols
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on blockchain development experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience as lead developer on notable blockchain projects
- Expertise in Ethereum Improvement Proposals (EIPs) and cross-chain bridging technologies
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
- Experience with smart contract development and auditing
