Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of product functionality, ensuring alignment with user requirements and business goals through iterative feedback loops and agile methodologies.
 - Facilitate regular coordination meetings with upstream R&D teams to translate technical capabilities into user-centric features, and downstream marketing/sales teams to ensure product positioning meets market expectations.
 - Perform competitive benchmarking and customer behavior analysis using quantitative tools to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
 - Develop and maintain detailed documentation of product specifications, timelines, and key deliverables to support cross-departmental alignment and stakeholder reporting.
 - Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring clear communication of complex product concepts through visual aids, prototypes, and simplified explanations.
 - Monitor project progress through dashboards and regular check-ins, proactively addressing risks and ensuring timely delivery of product milestones.
 
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management or related fields, with a proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.
 - Strong analytical skills to interpret market data, user feedback, and technical metrics, coupled with the ability to synthesize insights into actionable strategies.
 - Excellent communication proficiency in both verbal and written formats, with experience presenting to executive teams, technical stakeholders, and external clients.
 - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to track progress and communicate findings effectively.
 - Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers, and business analysts, to ensure cohesive product development and delivery.
 - Knowledge of agile and lean methodologies to manage product development cycles efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
 - Strong problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges, market gaps, and user pain points through creative and data-driven solutions.
 - Proficiency in English for global communication, with additional language skills preferred for international collaboration.
