Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of innovative products leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as Bitcoin, Lightning Network, UTXO, and Nostr protocol. You will play a pivotal role in shaping product strategies, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring our products meet market demands and user expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and optimize product requirements and functionalities based on technologies such as Bitcoin, Lightning Network, UTXO, Nostr protocol, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketing teams, to develop and execute product strategies.
- Conduct market and user research, understand user needs, position products, and optimize user experience.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap to ensure that product development aligns with company goals and strategies.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of the product, from conceptualization, design to release and maintenance.
- Optimize product features based on data and user feedback to improve product performance and user satisfaction.
- Understand and pay attention to industry trends and competitor dynamics to continuously improve products and maintain a competitive advantage.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in blockchain or fintech industries.
- Strong understanding of Bitcoin, Lightning Network, UTXO, and Nostr protocol.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user feedback.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in conducting market and user research.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
