Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for the finance product operation of the platform, including monitoring product performance, analyzing user feedback, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
 - Maintain a user-centric approach by continuously evaluating the needs and preferences of new users to enhance their onboarding experience and engagement.
 - Lead the development and implementation of product optimization iterations, including the design and enhancement of operational tools and user interface improvements.
 - Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns, user acquisition strategies, and promotional activities to drive growth in new user registrations and overall volume.
 - Track and analyze key performance metrics and output data to support data-driven decisions, enabling continuous iteration and optimization of product features and user experience.
 - Demonstrate a strong data sensitivity by integrating user behavior analytics with strategic roadmaps, identifying opportunities to refine product experiences and boost conversion rates through actionable insights.
 - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, business, and marketing teams to align product development with market demands, optimize distribution channels, and enhance overall business outcomes through coordinated efforts.
