Marketing Lead (North America, Remote) - This role focuses on driving user growth and market expansion in the blockchain and cryptocurrency sectors. Key Responsibilities
- User Growth: Utilize existing resources in blockchain, cryptocurrency, investment, funds, or stock-related industries to formulate and execute user acquisition strategies, facilitating new user conversion.
- Channel Expansion: Develop and integrate market channel resources, including media, communities, KOLs, SEO, app downloads, and quantitative teams, to create effective marketing plans.
- KPI Achievement: Establish and meet key performance indicators for user acquisition, conversion, and channel effectiveness. Lead the team in developing actionable promotional and campaign strategies.
- Team Management: Align market strategies with product and operational timelines. Foster cross-departmental collaboration to improve execution efficiency and team development.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, producing high-quality market analysis and research reports to guide strategic implementation.
