Job Description
This role focuses on identifying and developing high-quality Web3 projects with exchange listing requirements. You will be responsible for engaging with project founders and key decision-makers to understand their project background, listing plans, budgets, and target exchanges. Based on project analysis, you will formulate customized listing strategies, drive pricing negotiations, contract signing, and payment collection. Additionally, you will coordinate between project teams, exchanges, and internal stakeholders to oversee the review and listing process. Building and maintaining relationships with project partners and industry channels is essential, along with continuously expanding potential client resources. Regular documentation of client information and business progress is required to achieve company-set performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Web3 projects seeking exchange listings by identifying and engaging potential clients.
- Liaise with project founders and core decision-makers to assess project viability and listing requirements.
- Design tailored listing proposals, including pricing strategies, negotiation, and contract execution.
- Coordinate with project teams, exchanges, and internal departments to ensure smooth listing processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with industry partners and expand client networks.
- Track and report business progress, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Web3, cryptocurrency, or exchange listing operations.
- Established connections with project teams, exchanges, funds, incubators, or industry channels.
- In-depth knowledge of listing procedures and evaluation criteria of major exchanges.
- Strong ability in client acquisition, business negotiation, and deal closure.
- Excellent communication skills, execution capability, and results-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in English for international business communication.
- Prior successful listing cases are highly preferred.
- High integrity with strict adherence to confidentiality regarding company and client information.
