Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Manage SSO, idP, user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Assist in developing and managing the IT budget, working closely with the finance team to streamline payments.
- Work closely with leadership to contribute to the ongoing development and execution of the overall IT strategy.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems and processes.
- Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant team members.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their specific technology needs.
- Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers.
- Configure and maintain SaaS services.
- Establish, measure, and define IT goals and maintain an IT roadmap.
- Manage development projects to integrate new technologies into existing systems.
- Participate in defining and implementing security policies to protect company information and resources.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle other IT responsibilities as required.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior IT Engineer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, including SSO, idP, and SaaS services.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and work with finance teams.
- Experience in creating and maintaining IT documentation.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to evaluate and manage IT vendors and service providers.
- Knowledge of security policies and best practices.
- Experience in employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in relevant IT fields (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft).
- Experience in project management and IT roadmap development.
- Familiarity with the latest IT trends and technologies.
