Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews, and offer management
Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques and identify passive candidates through different platforms
Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing candidates, and managing referral processes
Support onsite onboarding and facilitate candidates and employees in the office environment
Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business goals
Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates to ensure a steady talent pipeline
Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures while maintaining a positive candidate experience

Job Requirements

Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the fintech or digital asset industry
Strong understanding of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse candidates and stakeholders
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and tools for candidate tracking and management
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities
Fluency in English and Mandarin for effective communication with both local and international teams
Preferred: Familiarity with blockchain technology and digital asset markets
