Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Human Resource Planning and Training: Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategic plans aligned with company objectives. Design talent planning and organizational development strategies based on industry trends and business needs.
 - Leadership Development: Create and execute training programs for middle/senior management and key employees to enhance leadership and professional capabilities.
 - Organizational Development: Optimize organizational structures, improve departmental functions and processes, and establish efficient decision-making mechanisms.
 - Change Management: Provide support and solutions for organizational changes during commercialization acceleration.
 - Talent Acquisition: Develop recruitment strategies with focus on high-end and scarce positions to build talent pipelines.
 - Performance Management: Build and optimize performance evaluation systems, compensation structures, and benefits programs.
 - Employee Development: Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions to foster employee growth and business goal achievement.
 
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
 - Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in strategic HR roles
 - Proven track record in organizational development and talent management
 - Strong expertise in performance management systems design
 - Excellent understanding of change management principles
 - Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
 - Ability to develop HR strategies aligned with business objectives
 - Experience in high-tech or fast-growing industries preferred
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in HR or related field
 - Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD)
 - Experience supporting commercialization initiatives
 - Knowledge of HR analytics and data-driven decision making
