Job Description
As the Growth Operations Lead at BitUnix Exchange, you will be responsible for developing and executing user growth strategies for the platform. Using data-driven methodologies, you will optimize the entire user lifecycle—acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. Deep expertise in the cryptocurrency industry, proficiency in growth hacking strategies, and the ability to coordinate cross-departmental resources are essential to drive continuous growth in trading volume, active users, and market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy Development & Execution: Design and implement BitUnix's growth model, define core metrics (e.g., DAU/MAU, user LTV, trading volume growth rate), and create actionable growth plans. Establish a growth experimentation framework using A/B testing and funnel optimization to improve conversion rates (registration, KYC, first deposit, first trade, etc.). Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine growth strategies.
- User Acquisition & Activation: Manage digital marketing channels (SEO/SEM, social media, KOL partnerships, airdrops) to optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) and user quality. Design onboarding processes (e.g., trading rewards, simulated trading, new user benefits) to boost activation rates. Develop viral growth strategies such as referral programs, social sharing incentives, and NFT rewards.
- User Retention & Value Enhancement: Implement user segmentation (RFM model) and personalized engagement strategies. Design trading incentive programs (e.g., mining rewards, fee discounts, staking boosts) to increase activity and frequency. Optimize communication channels (push notifications, email campaigns, in-app messages) to improve retention.
- Data Analysis & Growth Optimization: Monitor key growth metrics, produce analytical reports, and identify opportunities/bottlenecks. Leverage tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, BI systems) to track user behavior and refine strategies. Collaborate with product and tech teams to drive data-informed iterations.
- Ecosystem Partnerships: Forge alliances with wallets, blockchains, and DeFi projects for synergistic growth. Launch co-marketing campaigns to amplify brand reach. Explore innovative models like Web3-native growth tactics (DAO incentives, on-chain points).
Job Requirements
- Mandatory Qualifications: 3+ years in growth operations, including 2+ years in crypto exchanges, fintech, or high-growth internet companies.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in building growth systems from scratch or significantly improving KPIs.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in SQL/Excel/Tableau for data modeling and experiment design.
- Channel Expertise: Hands-on experience with user acquisition (SEO/SEM, social media, KOLs, airdrops) and optimization.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of crypto markets, exchange operations, and user behavior.
- Language: Fluent English (written & spoken) for cross-border collaboration.
