Job Description
This position is designed for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to provide essential support to both the finance and legal departments within a dynamic organization. The role involves a combination of administrative tasks, data management, and document handling to ensure smooth operations and compliance with internal and external regulations. The intern will work closely with finance professionals to maintain accurate financial records and assist in the legal team's documentation processes, contributing to the overall efficiency of the company's administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the finance department in daily operations, including the organization, binding, and storage of financial vouchers, as well as the review and verification of bills and invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Support the maintenance of the DAO financial system by updating records, reconciling accounts, and distributing funds on a weekly basis, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
  • Provide daily assistance to the legal department by organizing, archiving, and managing contracts, company documents, and other legal materials in a secure and systematic manner.
  • Conduct thorough research on relevant national laws and regulations as directed by the legal director, draft and verify legal documents, and maintain a comprehensive file management system to support legal operations.
  • Collaborate with the company's administrative team to prepare and submit qualification applications, compile necessary materials, and ensure all documentation meets regulatory and organizational requirements.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to various projects and initiatives within the organization.
Job Requirements
  • Proficient in basic financial and legal procedures, with a strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and document management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a professional attitude and a positive work ethic in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a high level of efficiency in daily operations.
  • Basic knowledge of legal research methods and document preparation tools, such as Microsoft Word and Excel, to support the legal team's workflow.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey information clearly.
  • Ability to adapt to new systems and processes, with a willingness to learn and improve skills to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Availability to work flexible hours and meet deadlines, demonstrating reliability and commitment to the company's objectives.
  • Previous experience in finance or legal support roles is preferred, but not mandatory, as the intern will receive training and guidance to develop necessary competencies.
