Key Responsibilities
  • Handling various daily payables and receivables
  • Checking business tax and personal income tax for special projects
  • Establishing and maintaining accurate financial statements
  • Preparing and managing regular financial reports
  • Conducting financial analysis to support business decisions
  • Developing budgets and financial forecasts
  • Monitoring and controlling financial performance against budgets
  • Tracking financial indicators to assist in setting operational goals
  • Analyzing and reporting on special projects as required
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial compliance
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in financial management or accounting
  • Strong understanding of tax regulations and financial reporting
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
