Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing our financial operations and providing valuable insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling various daily payables and receivables
- Checking business tax and personal income tax for special projects
- Establishing and maintaining accurate financial statements
- Preparing and managing regular financial reports
- Conducting financial analysis to support business decisions
- Developing budgets and financial forecasts
- Monitoring and controlling financial performance against budgets
- Tracking financial indicators to assist in setting operational goals
- Analyzing and reporting on special projects as required
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial compliance
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial management or accounting
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and financial reporting
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
