Job Description
As a Korean-speaking Event Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the overall execution of user growth activities, focusing on core objectives such as user acquisition, registration conversion, transactions, retention, and reactivation. You will design and implement efficient event solutions to drive platform growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Data-Driven Growth: Analyze user journeys and transaction behaviors to optimize conversion funnels through tiered engagement strategies, maximizing ROI for marketing campaigns.
- Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with product, design, development, and other teams to ensure timely launch and successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Innovation & Competitive Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to continuously innovate marketing formats, enhancing platform growth efficiency and user engagement.
Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in growth/marketing campaign operations at internet companies (e-commerce, fintech) or exchanges.
- Deep understanding of exchange user lifecycles with hands-on experience in registration, trading, referrals, rebates, and retention strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to independently evaluate campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent cross-functional communication and resource coordination abilities.
- Results-oriented with high self-motivation to independently own growth targets and KPIs.
- Fluent in Korean (business proficiency required); overseas project experience is a plus.
