Job Description
As a news editor, you will be responsible for managing the content creation and distribution process in the field of WEB3 and blockchain technology. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital media landscape and the ability to curate high-quality information that meets the needs of our audience. The primary focus will be on identifying, verifying, and disseminating timely updates related to emerging technologies, industry trends, and business developments within the Web3 ecosystem. You will also oversee the editorial workflow for various content formats, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with journalistic standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively monitor and analyze industry news sources to identify relevant technology and business information related to Web3 and blockchain sectors
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with the platform's editorial goals and audience engagement metrics
- Perform comprehensive editing, proofreading, and localization of articles across multiple languages and platforms
- Collaborate with journalists, researchers, and technical experts to ensure content accuracy and depth
- Manage content scheduling and publishing processes to maintain consistent output across all channels
- Conduct competitive analysis of industry publications to identify content gaps and opportunities
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and reach
- Monitor reader engagement metrics to continuously improve content quality and relevance
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop content-driven campaigns and promotional materials
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry developments that may impact content creation and distribution
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in journalism, media studies, or related field with 3+ years of editorial experience in technology or financial media
- Proficiency in English and at least one additional language (e.g., Chinese, Japanese, Korean) for content localization
- Expertise in content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing platforms
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate content quality, relevance, and audience impact
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with cross-functional teams

- Experience with data visualization tools and content analytics software
