Job Description
This position is for a content intern specializing in Web3.0 and cryptocurrency domains within Planet Daily. The primary role involves conducting in-depth research on blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and emerging digital assets. You will be responsible for curating and producing high-quality content that aligns with Planet Daily's brand identity and editorial standards. Key tasks include monitoring industry trends, identifying relevant topics, and creating engaging articles, reports, or multimedia content for the platform. The intern will also assist in maintaining content calendars and ensuring timely delivery of materials to meet publication deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Systematically gather and analyze information from credible sources in the Web3.0 and cryptocurrency sectors, including whitepapers, industry publications, and community discussions
- Develop content strategies that reflect Planet Daily's mission to provide insightful, accessible, and forward-thinking coverage of blockchain innovation
- Write and edit articles that balance technical accuracy with reader-friendly explanations, covering topics like DeFi protocols, NFT marketplaces, and Web3 infrastructure
- Collaborate with senior editors to refine content direction, ensuring it meets brand guidelines and audience expectations
- Produce visual content such as infographics, charts, and illustrations to enhance storytelling and data presentation
- Monitor social media platforms and community forums to identify trending topics and audience engagement patterns
- Contribute to content optimization efforts by suggesting improvements to article structure, tone, and formatting
- Assist in the creation of multimedia content for video series, podcasts, and interactive web features
- Participate in editorial meetings to discuss content themes, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis
- Maintain a database of industry contacts, influencers, and thought leaders for content sourcing and collaboration
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in journalism, communications, digital media, or related fields with a focus on emerging technologies
- Proficient in English writing and editing, with strong attention to detail and grammar skills
- Basic understanding of blockchain fundamentals, smart contracts, and decentralized systems
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing platforms
- Ability to work independently while maintaining open communication with editorial teams
