Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive operations and maintenance strategies based on business needs and development plans, covering server operations, network management, and data backup to ensure platform stability.
- Manage the daily operations of the team, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and task allocation to enhance team efficiency and collaboration.
- Lead the team in maintaining and monitoring hardware (servers, network equipment) and software (operating systems, databases) to ensure 24/7 platform stability and handle high concurrency scenarios.
- Establish and improve the security system, develop security strategies, and collaborate with the development team to address vulnerabilities and prevent risks like network attacks and data leaks.
- Create emergency plans, conduct drills, and manage data backup and recovery strategies to ensure quick response and business continuity during emergencies.
- Prepare and control the operations budget, optimize resource allocation, and reduce operational costs while ensuring efficient resource utilization.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in operations and maintenance management, preferably in a financial or exchange environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
- In-depth knowledge of server operations, network management, and database systems.
- Experience in developing and implementing security strategies and emergency response plans.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong budgeting and cost-control skills to optimize resource allocation.
