Job Description:
Senior/Mid-Level DevOps Engineer (Based outside Mainland China)
- Responsible for the daily deployment, maintenance, and high availability assurance of core business systems, cloud platforms (such as AWS/Alibaba Cloud/Tencent Cloud), and foundational services (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker, Nginx, MySQL, Redis, Kafka).
- Participate in system gap assessments, performance tuning, and disaster recovery drills to ensure stable service operation.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Configure and maintain system monitoring, log collection, and related frameworks (Prometheus/Grafana/ELK/OpenSearch).
- Respond to production environment incidents, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with teams to resolve issues and implement optimizations.
- Document and standardize operational procedures to improve efficiency and reliability.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field (full-time, no专升本 considered), with 3+ years of experience in large-scale internet or cloud platform operations.
- Proficient in Linux systems and at least one scripting language (Shell/Python/Go).
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, etc.).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and log management systems (ELK/OpenSearch).
- Practical experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Aliyun, GCP, Azure).
- Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Preference for candidates based in Singapore or Malaysia; other non-Mainland locations considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in global network acceleration and security deployment on enterprise cloud platforms.
- Background in AI platform/server deployment and maintenance.
