Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning models, statistical analyses, and data pipelines to support business decisions and product innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, game design, blockchain engineering, and finance to define technical approaches and deliver solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end process of data collection, cleaning, and transformation using tools like Python, SQL, and data processing frameworks.
- Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders and technical teams.
- Integrate data science outputs into engineering systems, ensuring scalability and performance for real-time applications.
- Continuously refine models based on feedback and evolving business requirements, maintaining high accuracy and relevance.
Job Requirements
- Proven expertise in designing machine learning and statistical models for complex datasets, with a focus on Web3 and blockchain applications.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL, along with experience in data processing tools like Pandas, NumPy, and TensorFlow.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, balancing analytical rigor with creative problem-solving.
- Deep understanding of data science workflows, including data pipeline development, model deployment, and system integration.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) for scalable data processing.
- Knowledge of business analytics and its application to product strategy, community dynamics, and financial modeling in Web3 contexts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality deliverables.
- Preferred: Familiarity with game analytics tools, blockchain protocols, and decentralized applications (dApps) for enhanced domain expertise.
- Preferred: Experience with A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and predictive modeling for product optimization.
