Job Description:
Full-Time Customer Support Specialist (Persian & Russian)
Location: Remote/Distributed Work
Working Hours: 8 hours per day
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide online support and answer customer inquiries through multiple channels (including but not limited to Telegram & Discord).
 - Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions.
 - Collaborate with the team to optimize customer service processes and improve efficiency.
 - Regularly follow up on customer feedback to enhance satisfaction.
 - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
 - Assist in training new team members when required.
 
Job Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher; Russian must be a working language, with prior customer service experience.
 - Excellent communication skills and strong teamwork spirit.
 - Proficient in computer operations and familiar with customer service systems.
 - Knowledge of blockchain/trading platforms is a plus.
 - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
