Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to user inquiries through online customer service tools, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
 - Provide timely feedback on existing issues, collecting and organizing problem reports for further analysis.
 - Demonstrate strong business acumen by quickly grasping essential business concepts during training sessions.
 - Identify obstacles in user experience, uncover user needs, and collaborate with teams to drive problem-solving and process optimization.
 - Adapt to flexible shift schedules, including the ability to work long night shifts when required.
 
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in Persian language (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
 - Prior experience in customer service or online support roles is preferred.
 - Basic financial knowledge or related experience would be an advantage.
 - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze user feedback effectively.
 - Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
 - Willingness to work in rotating shifts, including night shifts as needed.
 
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with customer service platforms or CRM systems.
 - Background in financial services or related industries.
 - Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
