- Technical Architecture Design: Lead the design and implementation of technical architecture to ensure high availability, security, and scalability of the system.
- Technology Strategy Formulation: Develop technology development strategies to ensure the company's leading position in the payment field.
- Cross Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as product, operations, and marketing to promote the deep integration of technology and business.
- Technological Innovation: Continuously monitor the latest technological trends in the industry, promote technological innovation and application, and enhance product competitiveness.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in exchange management or a similar technical leadership role.
- Proven track record in building and managing technical teams of 30-50 members.
- Strong project management skills with experience in payment systems or related fields.
- Expertise in designing and implementing scalable, secure technical architectures.
- Ability to formulate and execute technology strategies aligned with business goals.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work across multiple departments.
