Job Description
The role is positioned to take charge of planning, creating, and promoting content related to the company's platform and industry training. The goal is to enhance users' understanding and engagement with platform products and industry trends, thereby boosting brand influence and user growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Planning & Production: Develop platform introduction PPTs and training materials with clear structures and consistent visuals; draft video scripts and collaborate with design and video teams for production; plan and publish platform news, industry trends, and insightful content.
- Knowledge Dissemination: Regularly organize industry knowledge topics, write articles, newsletters, and short video scripts; design knowledge-sharing plans aligned with user needs and trending topics; coordinate with marketing teams for online/offline promotional activities.
- Training & Documentation: Maintain and update training libraries, case studies, FAQs, and other materials to ensure accuracy and timeliness; support internal and external partner training sessions; establish content analytics to optimize engagement and readability.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, design, and event teams to align branding and messaging; gather user feedback to refine content strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher with 3+ years of experience in training operations or content planning; expertise in content framework development is preferred.
- Strong PPT creation skills with structured thinking and curriculum design capabilities.
- Prior experience in event execution/community management (e.g., agent conferences, online boot camps) is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills, approachable demeanor, service-oriented mindset, and ability to deliver presentations effectively.
