Job Description:
Position Title: Vietnam Market Operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end execution of user growth campaigns, focusing on core objectives such as user acquisition, registration conversion, transaction incentives, retention, and reactivation. Design and implement high-efficiency campaign solutions.
- Coordinate cross-departmental resources: Collaborate with product, design, development, and other teams to ensure campaigns are launched on schedule and achieve their goals.
- Innovation and competitive analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to continuously innovate marketing campaign formats, enhancing platform growth efficiency and user engagement.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and Vietnamese, both spoken and written.
- Bachelor's degree or higher; minimum 1 year of experience in growth/marketing campaign operations at internet companies (e-commerce, fintech) or exchanges. Must be adaptable to remote work; overseas project experience is a plus.
- Deep understanding of exchange user lifecycles, with hands-on experience in registration, trading, referrals, rebates, and retention strategies.
- Strong execution skills with the ability to drive cross-functional communication and resource coordination.
- Results-driven, highly self-motivated, and capable of independently owning growth targets and KPIs.
