Job Description
As a Content Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing content creation processes across multiple business lines.   • Oversee the production of high-quality content within the business line, including copywriting, graphic design, and multimedia elements.

  • Implement content distribution strategies across digital platforms, ensuring optimal reach and engagement for target demographics.
  • Monitor content performance metrics and provide actionable insights to refine future content initiatives and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content meets regulatory requirements and adheres to compliance standards.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to maintain a competitive edge in content development.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Content Operations Manager or similar role, preferably with a background in marketing, communications, or related fields.
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages for global and local audiences.
  • Strong understanding of content creation tools and platforms, including CMS, design software, and analytics dashboards.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate and error-free content production.
  • Proficiency in data analysis to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
