Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate PANews official communities, including WeChat groups, Telegram, Discord, and other relevant platforms.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, promote high-quality content sharing, and improve community content quality and user engagement.
• Plan and execute online activities based on trending topics or user needs, including hosting events on platforms such as video channels and Telegram.
• Collaborate with various communities and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to establish and expand brand influence.
• Maintain and expand presence on other social media platforms, including Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book), Instagram, LinkedIn, Farcaster, and others.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, preferably in the blockchain or crypto industry.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and community engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse community members.
• Ability to analyze market trends and user behavior to drive content and engagement strategies.
• Creative mindset with the ability to plan and execute engaging online events.
• Experience in collaborating with KOLs and managing partnerships is a plus.
• Familiarity with multiple social media platforms and their best practices.
