Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate discussions on Discord and Telegram to maintain a positive and respectful community environment
• Engage with community members, answer questions, and provide support as needed
• Assist in organizing and promoting community events, such as AMAs, contests, and giveaways
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and share relevant content across platforms
• Track and report on community growth, engagement metrics, and feedback
• Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate team members

Job Requirements

• Prior experience managing or moderating online communities, preferably on Discord and/or Telegram
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences
• Basic understanding of Discord and Telegram features, bots, and moderation tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with community engagement strategies and best practices
• Passion for building and nurturing online communities
• Availability to respond to community needs during peak engagement times

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with content creation or social media management
• Knowledge of analytics tools to track community growth and engagement
• Background in customer service or community support roles
• Understanding of cryptocurrency or blockchain communities (if applicable to the organization)
