Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a proactive community management strategy, applying best practices across multiple channels.
- Enforce community guidelines, manage user interactions, track metrics, and monitor competitor activities.
- Lead community initiatives such as working groups, grants, meetups, and other engagement programs.
- Create professional-quality written communications aligned with brand guidelines, translating high-level vision into detailed content.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to communicate software releases and technical updates to the community.
- Coordinate with Marketing and PR teams to maintain brand consistency and provide insights on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Evaluate and implement scalable software solutions (e.g., bots, scripts, plugins) for communication channels like Discord, Telegram, and Clubhouse.
- Engage actively in key communities (e.g., NFTs, Blockchain, Crypto) and verticals (e.g., Metaverse, Gaming, Art).
- Drive meaningful engagement through innovative ideas, strategic marketing campaigns, and branding efforts.
- Build relationships with community group leaders and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
- Identify and channel potential partnership opportunities to relevant teams.
- Support marketing and event initiatives.
- Advise on and implement localized community strategies.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of online community management best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate brand vision into engaging content.
- Experience with communication platforms like Telegram, Discord, and Clubhouse.
- Familiarity with NFTs, Blockchain, Crypto, and related verticals.
- Proactive and creative mindset with a passion for community building.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Knowledge of scalable software solutions for community management is a plus.
