This role will focus on strengthening community engagement through strategic management and social monitoring activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Channel management: Oversee the growth and maintenance of STEPN's fast-expanding Discord and Telegram communities. This includes actively collecting user feedback, generating actionable product improvement ideas, and fostering meaningful conversations around the platform's mission.
- Social listening: Monitor social media sentiment daily to identify emerging trends and community needs. Responsibilities involve conducting competitor analysis, proactively researching and recommending new collections for listing, and curating relevant news to keep the team informed.
- Escalate potential crises: Quickly identify and report on negative sentiment or issues that require immediate attention. This includes documenting and sharing significant user complaints that need resolution.
- Collaborate with community moderators: Work closely with mods to organize and trend community discussions, providing insights that help the team better understand user behavior and preferences.
- Develop community engagement strategies: Create and implement initiatives to enhance user participation, such as virtual events, educational content, and interactive hangouts.
- Track community metrics: Analyze engagement data to measure the effectiveness of community management efforts and provide recommendations for improvement.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community management or social media operations, preferably within the Web3 or gaming industry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences through written and verbal interactions.
- Strong analytical mindset to interpret user feedback and social trends effectively.
- Proficiency in using social listening tools and data analysis platforms.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for blockchain technology and understanding of decentralized ecosystems.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills being a plus for global community engagement.
- Experience with Discord and Telegram moderation practices is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of content creation strategies for community growth and retention.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
