Job Description
The Boka Community Builder (Ecology) plays a pivotal role in fostering a vibrant and engaged community ecosystem. This position is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and enhancement of both internal and external community platforms. Key responsibilities include managing the internal forum and chat tools to ensure seamless communication among team members, while simultaneously driving the growth and sustainability of our public forum. The role requires cultivating a positive community culture, organizing interactive sessions, and implementing strategies to boost user participation and engagement. Additionally, the Community Builder will oversee the development of external community initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering collaboration between developers and stakeholders. By analyzing community data and gathering feedback, this position will serve as the primary liaison between the community and the organization, translating insights into actionable improvements. The role also involves staying abreast of emerging technologies and creating educational resources to empower community members with knowledge and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively manage and maintain internal communication platforms, including forums and chat tools, to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the public forum, focusing on increasing user engagement and fostering meaningful interactions.
- Cultivate a strong community culture by organizing events, moderating discussions, and promoting positive engagement practices.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community management, preferably in a tech or developer-focused environment, with a strong track record of driving engagement and growth.
