Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead our business development and strategic partnerships in the PayFi sector. This role focuses on expanding our network with financial institutions, payment providers, and Web3 ecosystems while driving innovative payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development and Strategic Cooperation: Lead partnerships with banks, payment institutions, and Web3 ecosystems (exchanges, wallets, GameFi projects). Design and implement co-branded card programs, merchant rebates, and user growth initiatives.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with core clients (financial institutions, Visa/Mastercard providers, high-net-worth users). Develop tailored payment solutions based on customer needs.
- Marketing Strategy and Brand Building: Create regional promotion plans combining online/offline activities to boost brand awareness. Collaborate with marketing to highlight TEVAU Card’s compliance, global reach, and rebate benefits.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze user behavior and market trends to optimize pricing, rebate models, and partnership strategies.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in business development within FinTech, payments, or Web3 ecosystems.
- Strong network with banks, payment processors, or crypto platforms.
- Ability to design and negotiate complex partnership agreements.
- Data analysis skills to derive actionable insights for strategy refinement.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration and client management.
- Understanding of regulatory compliance in global payment solutions.
