Job Description
We are seeking a KOL Business Development Specialist to join our Digital Assets Card Platform team. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and managing partnerships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the crypto space to drive brand awareness and user acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- KOL Sourcing & Outreach
- Proactively identify and engage crypto influencers (Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram) in your region.
- Pitch collaboration models (e.g., sponsored content, affiliate programs, exclusive card perks).
- Partnership Execution
- Negotiate terms (flat fees/commission-based) and manage contracts with influencers.
- Coordinate campaigns (e.g., unboxing videos, AMAs, promo codes) and track performance.
- Community & Trend Insights
- Monitor regional crypto trends and high-potential KOLs for targeted outreach.
- Provide feedback on local market preferences to internal teams.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in KOL/influencer marketing, preferably in the crypto or fintech industry.
- Strong network of crypto influencers and deep understanding of social media platforms (Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, Telegram).
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to establish and maintain partnerships.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with regional crypto trends and market preferences.
