Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive strategic partnerships and expand our footprint in the Web3 payment ecosystem. This role requires a blend of financial expertise, negotiation skills, and deep understanding of blockchain-based payment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Expansion & Strategic Partnerships: Lead PayFi sector collaborations with banks, payment institutions, and Web3 partners (exchanges, wallets, GameFi projects). Design and implement partnership programs including co-branded card issuance, merchant rebate schemes, and user acquisition campaigns.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain strategic relationships with key clients (financial institutions, Visa/Mastercard service providers, HNWIs). Develop customized payment solutions addressing client pain points.
- Market Strategy & Branding: Develop regional marketing plans combining online/offline activities to enhance TEVAU Card's brand positioning. Highlight compliance advantages, global coverage, and rebate benefits through coordinated campaigns.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze user behavior and market trends to refine product fee structures, rebate models, and partnership strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Marketing or related fields
- 1+ years BD experience in fintech/financial services with payment/cross-border settlement expertise
- Proven track record in end-to-end deal negotiation and execution
- Trilingual proficiency: Fluent Mandarin, Cantonese and English (daily international client interaction)
- Professional demeanor with global perspective and cross-cultural competence
- Strong interest in Web3 payments and foundational blockchain knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing cryptocurrency industry network (exchanges, OTC platforms, compliance providers)
- Understanding of Hong Kong/Shenzhen financial regulations
Compensation
Competitive base salary + performance-based commission structure
